Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, Woodburymall.com offers free shipping on all domestic orders placed on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions. Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. Woodburymall.com understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days. Our Economy option may ship via FEDEX or USPS Priority Mail. All items are returnable unless the item is marked “Final Sale”. Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us: - Re-Pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached. - Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not posit the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting. - Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. -Simply return your items to the following address within 14 days of the date. Please note that returns will be made at your own cost unless the item is faulty product. REFUND -If you would like to return an item, we promise to refund you within 10 days of the day that we email you confirmation of a refund. Please note, this is provided that the product returned is received back within the 14 day returns period. -Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item. However, if there is more than the returned faulty item in the same order, the delivery charge will not be refunded. -In the even that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting. -We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
